32 x 650te ATEX Load Pins for Offshore Winch Application 📰
9th Mar 2018Ready for despatch this week are 32 ATEX dual bridge load pins with integral amplifiers. Each load pin has a diameter of 200mm, length of 880mm and weighs around 220kg. Due to the application, the load pins were supplied with material certification to EN 10204 3.2 (with intent), which required ABS witnessing of the stainless steel billets being cut, chemical and mechanical material tests, ABS witnessing of the transfer of cast number at the machinists and witnessing of final proof load and calibration. The load pins are also Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC compliant.
