ATEX/IECEx Certified Bi-Directional Load Pins 📰

Due to leave the factory today are 6 x 30te ATEX/IECEx Zone 1 & 2 approved load pins which will be installed in an automated mooring system supplied to oil & gas terminals. The mooring system eliminates the need for mooring lines by using vacuum pads to moor and release vessels. These bi-directional load pins will monitor the force on the vacuum pads to ensure it stays within pre-defined limits. They feature two integral amplifiers to provide 4-20mA output from each load cell bridge and are environmentally sealed to IP67 to ensure suitability in a marine environment. They also have 8 holes machined in the load pin head for simple and secure attachment to the mooring assembly.
