Mooring Line Load Monitoring (MLM)

These four 9.5 tonne load shackles have been ordered by a Canadian company and will be used to monitor the tension in the mooring lines of wave powered desalination devices.

We have recently supplied this 17 tonne rated submersible load link that incorporates a data logger to a company in Spain. It will be installed 30 metres subsea in the mooring line of an offshore floating buoy.

This 200 tonne load pin, manufactured for a leading UK supplier of CALM buoy remote monitoring and control equipment, will be fitted into a load shackle and used for mooring line load monitoring on a single point mooring buoy. 

Packed and ready for despatch are these 85te ATEX/IECEx certified load shackles, which will be used to monitor the loads in the mooring lines of an FSRU (Floating Storage and Regasification Unit).

These 150 tonne load pins have been manufactured for a leading supplier of mooring and berthing systems based in the EU. They are certified for use in Zone 1 & 2 hazardous areas, have integral amplifiers to provide a 4-20mA output and also come with 5m of steel armoured cable. 

These 285te load pins will be fitted into load shackles and used for mooring line load monitoring on a single point mooring buoy. 

Despatched this week and on their way to the USA are these two 1000 tonne rated load shackle pins.

We have recently despatched an order for 40 ATEX/IECEx load pins, each rated to 750 tonnes with a diameter of 320mm and are 910mm long. 

This 400 tonne rated ATEX/IECEx certified load pin has been despatched to a Canadian customer that specialises in underwater systems for the oil & gas industry. 

Ready for despatch are these ATEX/IECEx certified load pins.

Despatched this week were these four 200te ATEX load shackles for a single point mooring buoy load monitoring application.

These two 120 tonne load shackles have been manufactured for a leading solutions provider to offshore loading and bunker operators.

Ready for delivery to our customer is this 500kN X/Y bi-directional load pin.

Calibrated today and ready for despatch are these two 600te dual bridge, submersible load pins.

We have recently despatched a 1000te telemetry load shackle, which is now on its way to a major world leading oil & gas service provider, where it will be utilised on one of their offshore pipelaying vessels. 

About to leave the factory are these 350te ATEX load pin for Chevron, which will be installed in one of their oil & gas terminals.

Ready for despatch are these Ex’d Zone 1 & 2 certified ATEX load pins, which will be shipped to a major shipbuilding and heavy industry construction company in the Middle East.

Leaving the factory today are 10 x 900kN load pins for a European customer that specialises in the design of winch systems and deck equipment for the marine and offshore industries.

Due to leave the factory today are 6 x 30te ATEX/IECEx Zone 1 & 2 approved load pins which will be installed in an automated mooring system supplied to oil & gas terminals.

In the final stages of manufacturing this week are ten 200te submersible shackle load pins that will be used to provide mooring line tension monitoring.

Heading off to Singapore this week are two 150te load pins which will be installed on the deck of a marine vessel in a pulley sheave.
